The time for delivery of the order is divided into two parts:
The processing time: order verification, tailoring, quality, inspection and packaging. All orders are usually forwarded to our manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours of placing the order and receiving payment.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes to ship the items from our warehouse to the destination.
USA and Canada
Standard secured shipping with insurance takes 2-4 weeks (IF YOUR item is in stock).
AUSTRALIA and New Zealand
Standard secured shipping and insurance takes 2-4 weeks (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)
UK & EUROPE
Secured Standard Shipping & Insurance takes 2-4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)
Other countries
Secured Standard Shipping & Insurance takes 2-5 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)
Insured Shipping: If an item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost, provided sufficient proof is provided.
Insured priority shipping: Your delivery is at the top of our daily order list, which we send to our manufacturers. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, the waiting time can be similar/equal to the standard shipping time. Your item is also insured.

Tracking numbers often take a few days to a week to update and display correct tracking information. Please use a third party website like https://17track.net to track your order.
